Leveraging a background in private equity and investment banking, his unique style focuses on inclusion, employee development and open communications. Michael grew up in Long Island, New York and holds BS and MBA degrees from New York University.

With a career spanning 20 years at Neutrogena/J&J, 12 years in biotech and 9 years with contract manufacturers, Lewis is a bonafide expert in process engineering and formulation capabilities. He has worked on numerous patents across skin, hair and nail products.
